My work draws on more than twenty years in senior roles across regulated financial services, including SMF accountability within UK banking and payments environments. That experience now underpins my work as an advisor, NED and executive coach.
Senior leaders are supported where regulation and governance frame board-level decisions - particularly where judgement matters most and the consequences of getting it wrong are material.
